very pleasant stay, all staff very friendly and helpful. Room basic but very comfortable. On site parking which we are able to leave car there for the day while going into city centre which is only ten min walk away. Full English breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would defiantly book again when visiting manchester

Arrived early and able to leave the car while we headed into town. Good location - near to Phones 4u arena and town centre. The room was basic and everything was clean. Shortage of towels as only given two bath towels - this appears to be the norm but given extra when asked. Mirror in bedroom too high for anyone wanting to use hair dryer or put on makeup - will have to stand to see what they are doing. Full english breakfast good although don't know where hash browns fit in (they aren't English) should be black pudding or fried bread. Only there for two nights but Bar didn't have tonic water - had to send someone to local shop to purchase some. Would certainly use again if just staying in Manchester for just one or two nights but anything more I think I would look for something better.
