What is check in and check out time?
Answer
Check in anytime after 14.30hrs. Check out 11.30hrs. We can organise to check in earlier than the above time on selected days. Similarly you can stay longer in the room with prior arrangement with the reservation team. There may be a cost involved. Please check with reservation team for your specific requirements.

What if I want to come late, what time are the gates closed?
Answer
The hotel is open 24 hours so you can come at anytime. We prefer that you check in before 10.30pm to avoid cancelling the room and still get charged. We advise the customers to notify us about their estimated time of arrival if they are coming after 10.30pm.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Answer
Unless specifically agreed, the quoted price does not include breakfast.

Does price include VAT and other taxes including service charge?
Answer
The price includes all taxes.

Do i pay extra for car parking?
Answer
Car parking is free. The management reserve the right to start charging without any notice.

What if I want to leave a car parked after check out?
Answer
There is a £5.00 charge for the car parked after 12.30pm. This may change without notice.

Do I need to pre book the car space?
Answer
No, we have enough car parking spaces for all residents.

Is there any place to leave the luggage before and after check in / check out?
Answer
Yes, we have a room to store your luggage temporarily.

Do you have fitness facilities in the hotel?
Answer
We don't have Fitness facilities at the hotel. Although there are few fitness places available in the immediate vicinity.
