Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy- 3 Days before arrival. e.g. if arrival date is 5th Nov, cancellation can be made on before midnight on 1st Nov.
- If booked within 3 days of arrival (for example the present date is the 2nd, and your booking is for the 5th), the room cannot be cancelled and a cancellation charge would apply.
- If have selected an offer / discount and a full payment is made for the booking, this is non-refundable.
- A cancellation charge of up to 1 night will be charged. In case of a no show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Stay Inn Manchester reserve the right to cancel any provisional booking if required after 72 hrs, if it has not been confirmed by Credit/ Debit card guarantee.
Child age policy:
- Children under 2 stay free in the parents’ room, in a cot.
- Children between 2 and 7 are charged £5 GBP per night, in the parents’ room on an extra bed.
- Childrens’ meals are charged at 50%, if aged 3-10 years.
